Shipping Policy
See description for the time allowance for each item.
- Days we ship: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Business days are Monday through Friday. The day before a holiday, holiday and day after a holiday are not business days. Any payment made after 2 pm or during a holiday will be recorded the next business day. Handling time starts from the business day your payment was recorded.
- Free Shipping applies to lower 48 states only. Our choice of method. Tracking numbers are sent via the carrier so please look in your junk email folder. We also send through UPS and/or other tracking systems.
- How we determine what address your item will be mailed to. Payment by PayPal we use the address PayPal gives us.
Store Policy
- No refunds, no exchanges, no returns allowed due to nature of the art work.
- No cancellations once the order has been placed
- If you have special requests on your panel please note we will discuss them with you as there possibly could be an up charge associated with the panel of $500+
- If you need your art work by a deadline there will be a surcharge added to the panel to expedite the work based on the amount of time allowed before shipping. Min charge will be $500
Damage return by client, unclaimed, declined to accept or redirected items
- If your item is returned, unclaimed, declined to accept or redirected by the carrier the fees we are charged will be recharged to the buyer plus $30 for our time.
